Paper and old magazines are gratefully used source for new and innovative products for the producersgroups of the Mai Vietnamese Handicrafts. The colourful magazine paper is rolled in a gentle way or braided in an ingenious fashion. In combination with the bamboo this results in pure and cheerful trays. According to Mrs. Phuong, one of the paper producers: 'These products are often made at home by families that could really use the extra wage this make through this.'
